White Chicken Chili

My favorite Crockpot meal:

20 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken - cubed
16 oz jar Salsa
8 oz Pepper jack Cheese
1 can Chicken Broth
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 package frozen spinach - thawed

Cook everything in Crockpot for 4-6 hours

Serve with Multigrain Tostito chips

  2. Yes, Cut into little cubes and cook it then put it in the crock pot.
