Well, I've only missed one day of working out. Otherwise I've done at least 30 minutes everyday. PLUS, no extra sugar for the month of January. The no sugar part hasn't been too bad except for the times I have gone to dinner with others and they have dessert. February, I'm going to allow myself to have sugar during those special times but no other time. We will see how that goes. -I think I've lost about 6 pounds. Only 14 more to go. :)
